UTTPEC Processing

The proposal was first discussed on the 18th Working Group II B Meeting held on 18.05.2010.

Then proposal was considered in the 21st Meeting of Working Group II B held on 23.07.2010 with following observations:

(a)  The outer footpath to merge with the service road making it 6.3M wide service road. The surface of the service road be provided with traffic calming material as described in pedestrian guidelines.

(b)  R/W of this road at this stretch be retained as 45M as per the existing site condition and this R/W can be increased where ever land is available to accommodate the road related facilities/infrastructure.

(c)  Further extension of this road beyond the scheme area shall be taken up as per zonal plan provision with R/W of 60M and subsequent modifications in the zonal plan of Zone ’J’ may be taken up by concerned planning wing.

Based on the observations/recommendations of the Working Group, UTTIPEC Governing Body under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble L.G, Delhi held on 30.07.2010 approved the proposal, with the observation that the plantation plan showing the types of trees, number of trees with distance from one tree to other to be shown on the plan and the trees like jamun, neem, peepal can be considered for plantation along this road.
